Ouritsu "Royale" Academy is a prestigious and famous academy for students in Japan. They are run by the student council, who are rumored to be made up of the most perfect, powerful, untouchable students.
They run the school, they own the school and they hold incredible power over the students. The students look up to them, the teacher respects them and the rest of the world can only look in wistfully from a distance beyond the iron-wrought gates of the academy. 
The students live a happy life, oblivious to the dark matters happening around them.
